BBJG, INC SET FOR 20th SEASON WITH CURT MICHAEL AT THE WHEEL

When the first green flag of the 2010 racing season waves on Friday night, March 19th at Williams Grove Speedway, it will mark the beginning of the 20th season for car owner Bill Gallagher and his BBJG, Inc. #5G sprint car team.

With driver Curt Michael beginning his third season as the driver for the BBJG, Inc. Sprinter, the team plans its first of several 410 Sprint car appearances this year. Gallagher’s Maxim will be powered by a Heffner Motorsports power plant for this race as well as several more this season.

“I’m looking forward to being a part of Bill’s 20th year in racing,” said Michael, a six-time United Racing Company champion and four-time Williams Grove 410 sprint car winner. “There aren’t too many owners in the sport for that length of time and as a driver, I appreciate that and I appreciate what Bill and his family have done for me. I hope we can have another good season together, go race and win as many as we can.”

Curt’s older brother Sean will turn the wrenches on the #5G this season and has been hard at work putting the finishing touches on the cars and trailer.

“Sean’s hard at it in the shop and we’re all looking forward to the year,” Curt stated. “We’ve got all of our sponsors back again this season so it should be a good year.”
